Mr. Dunlop obtained a degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Chemistry in 1987 with an overall GPA of 3.80 out of 4.00 and a GPA of 3.93 within his major. He successfully completing calculus classes up to Calculus 4. From 1988 to 2000, he worked as a civilian for the Air Force as a predictive cost analyst for large and small weapons systems which included negotiating with contractors on sole source acquisitions. From 2000 to 2011, David has been a substitute teacher specializing in math and science for Northeast Independent School District in San Antonio TX and ran two internet businesses. The first involved the location and distribution of classic car parts in south Texas; and the second was a marketing business which targeted low income families throughout Texas that were eligible for deeply discounted home phones through the government lifeline program. David worked as a general investigator for Anderson and Associates in San Antonio TX from 2011 to 2013 primarily targeting illicit towing company activities which included both recruitment marketing and predictive cost analysis for the benefits of class action lawsuits. In 2012, David began tutoring in math and science in San Antonio TX. He moved to Astoria, NY in 2014 to pursue tutoring and more science based business opportunities.
