Rokshana Quazi, spouse of Dr. Rahman, is the director of daily operations at RQM. With a M.S. degree in Economics, Rokshana began a career devoted to education while serving in a local elementary school, where she observed and collaborated professionally in day-to-day operations. Additionally, as the former administrative director of Dr. Rahman’s medical practice, Rokshana had countless conversations over the years with local citizens in the office who would often express a need for educational support in the community. These frequent conversations became a calling for Rokshana, who recognized the community’s need for a learning center devoted to those hardworking students who needed extra help in their studies. 

Rokshana heard the concerns of the community members for so many years that the conclusion became evident: RQM Tutorial would be her means of giving students the special care they needed in helping them reach their academic potential. Rokshana envisioned an environment that would foster academic growth, social advancement and creative thinking. In order to establish such an environment, Rokshana knew she would have to work tirelessly in order to enable the students to achieve at RQM with the help of instructors who would not be just teachers but lifelong mentors to the children, thus providing students with the keys to success. Since the doors opened in 2011, Rokshana has been the heart and soul of RQM Tutorial, supervising the daily curriculum and all administrative operations, ensuring that each student’s individual needs are being met in the most effective way possible, always seeking improvement. Rokshana is the principal of RQM Tutorial, and she still somehow manages to delegate the administrative duties in Dr. Rahman's office!
